Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation request. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already been processed for shipping.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and undamaged
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return
  • Additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will refund the original shipping charges and cover the return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment processor, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with your order details

We will investigate any reported issues with refunds and work to resolve them promptly.
